Texas A&M Law Master of Legal Studies | Business Law & Compliance

Our business law & compliance MLS is designed for new and experienced business professionals, including managers and entrepreneurs, whose positions involve negotiating, contracting, legal compliance, human resources, or risk assessment and mitigation. We’ll put you on the path to career advancement by teaching you to be a better negotiator, problem solver, and business strategist, and you’ll also learn the details of business formation, buying and selling businesses, how to navigate complex employment and environmental regulations, and much more. Available online or hybrid from Texas A&M Law’s San Antonio campus.

Master of Legal Studies | Business Law & Compliance Curriculum

The Master of Legal Studies in Business Law & Compliance is a 30-credit-hour program. Candidates typically enroll in two courses per semester, which allows them to reach eligibility to graduate within two years. Candidates also have the flexibility as to how many courses to enroll in each semester, subject to university program rules.
