Criminal Law and Policy in Action at Texas A&M School of Law

At Texas A&M School of Law, the Criminal Law, Justice & Policy Program offers a comprehensive educational experience that equips students with the knowledge and skills to engage in the dynamic realm of criminal law and policy reform. This program goes beyond individual cases and defendants, addressing the broader impact on communities. Through a diverse curriculum, students gain insights into criminal law, critically analyze policies, and cultivate essential legal skills. With hands-on opportunities in our Criminal Defense Clinic, Innocence Project, and Externships, students can actively contribute to the justice system’s transformation. Graduates of the program often pursue careers as prosecutors or defense attorneys, reflecting the program’s success in preparing students for the criminal legal field.
