Our one-year General Studies Master of Laws degree — offered in-residence on our campus in Fort Worth, Texas — provides concentrated postgraduate legal study for two primary groups:
Lawyers who are graduates of non-U.S. law schools seeking training in U.S. legal doctrine and skills and who seek eligibility to sit for the bar exam in Texas or other jurisdictions;
U.S. educated lawyers wishing to pursue advanced study.
“Texas A&M Law provided exactly what I was looking for. I had great discussions in the classroom with the JD students and became really good friends with some of them. The quality of the discussion, the quality of the argument — especially in my class in criminal law — was absolutely beautiful.”
- Jose Tercero ’22 Honduras
